Out of the package the parts look very high quality and nicely machined. Install should be pretty straight forward, may take a half an hour. The front spacers went on very quick. I started on the back and guess what, the mounting hole to attach the spacer to the ATV did not line up. Well I didn't want to make the hole too big so I reamed it out a little and then test fit on the machine. With only the drill bits I had this was a slow process. I was afraid that if I just drilled another hole the part would not fit well and the spacer would wobble. So I reamed and reamed, and fit, and reamed, and the rain came and I was soaked with metal shavings all over me and the ATV. NOT HAPPY! Finally after about two hours I was finished and everything was bolted up. The stance on the ATV looks nice, but the tires in the front are toed in slightly at the bottom and the angles on all the CV joints are a lot steeper. Waiting to see if the angle... Read more |
